EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Would you like to recommend top professionals in the IT or Engineering fields?

Tektitans will provide a bonus of up to $500 for each candidate that is hired on an assignment and has completed 120 hours of billable work.
The referred candidate should not have worked for Tektitans in the last 12 months.

CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM

Can you provide insights and/or contacts of new business opportunities?

Tektitans has a “Pay for Leads” program. The program structure is as below:

Meaningful Customer Meeting: $50 gift card for introduction to a qualified customer and contact that leads to a meeting and potential opportunity.

Qualified Opportunity: $100 gift card if the meeting leads to a proposal.

Billable Work: 5% of the net profit up to $1000 for qualified opportunity that leads to billable work.
